Extracare Annual Breakdown Maintenance
For Audio, Visual and Domestic Appliances

Our policy of selling top brand products should give you good service for the price that you paid. However, even the best brands' quality and reliability are affected by competitive pricing and can occasionally fail, which due to current labour costs and complex technology are expensive to repair. To eliminate this expense and inconvenience, we offer our own maintenance scheme that we call Extracare, which extends the manufacturer's standard guarantee for a further year and may be renewed annually for up to 5 years.

Our annual maintenance cover will provide you with complete peace of mind: -

• Low Cost… when incurring the expense of new equipment our low cost annual premiums are an affordable option, especially when compared to expensive and long term insurance warranties.
• No Unexpected Repair Bills…we cover callout, collection and return, labour, parts and VAT.
• No Cash Layout…we settle all repair bills, direct in almost all cases.
• Ease of Repair…repairs are undertaken by our own qualified engineers or by approved service agents.
• Complimentary Loan Equipment…just ask and we will loan you equipment if yours is in our workshop for repair (Audio/Visual equipment only, subject to availability).
• New for Old…if in our opinion it is impractical or uneconomical to repair your equipment we will replace it with an equivalent or similar new unit, up to 5 years from the equipment's purchase date.
• No Quibble Claims… our annual renewable maintenance is designed to be more flexible than long term insurance warranties available elsewhere and we welcome comparison on price, terms and service.
• Option to Renew…annually after the initial term, up to 5 years from the equipment's purchase date.
• Low Risk…whilst the Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply if we ceased business, our low cost and short term maintenance represents a low risk to the consumer.
• Easy Payment…payment may be made by cash, cheque, credit card or standing order.
• 45 Day Money Back Guarantee…if you are not satisfied with the terms of Extracare we will refund your money, up to 45 days from purchase or on a pro-rata refund basis thereafter (unless a claim has already been made).
