For service to audio and visual equipment we have our own service department trading as
CTS. Situated in the centre of Exeter, we employ experienced manufacturer trained technicians
and support staff, to provide a workshop based repair facility for most major brands of audio
and visual equipment.

Loan equipment
Where equipment has been purchased from us a free loan product is often available.
Workshop Service
The majority of products these days require workshop conditions where we have the
necessary test equipment, software and technical information to complete an effective and
professional repair.
Call out service
In the home repairs are not attempted for the reasons given above, although we do carry out
routine tuning or adjustments of a minor nature. A collection and return service is available
for larger equipment or where you are unable to transport the goods yourself.
Spares and accessories
We also specialise in the supply of spares, accessories, instruction booklets and remote
controls. Please telephone for information or a quotation.

Kitchen Appliances
Generally within our industry service to major domestic appliances under guarantee is
provided by the manufacturer. We are of course often involved and concerned that a
satisfactory and swift conclusion to the repair is achieved. However once the appliance is out
of guarantee we have a close working relationship with a locally based engineer who provides a
professional and competitive service.
