Buy Online with the Personal Touch

You can purchase from Havills online with the same professional service and personal attention that you would expect when visiting one of our shops. This is a safe way to buy online with the added bonus of dealing with real people from a long established business. If you require further information please telephone one of our shops during normal shop hours, where our staff will be happy to help and advise. Our opening times and contact details can be found on our "Contact Us" page. Unlike other websites we are here to help and don't wish to hide behind web pages and e-mail addresses!


How it Works
Simply choose from the product category menu on the left of the screen and select a product you wish to view. If you like what you see and would like to purchase the goods, click on the "add to basket" button. When you have finished making your selections, click on the shopping basket symbol to the right of the screen. At this point you will have the opportunity to amend your selection. If you wish to accept your choices click on the "continue" button, which takes you to the next screen which requests your personal details, before clicking the next "continue" button. This will prompt us to telephone you within 24 hours of us receiving your order, to arrange payment and a convenient delivery day to suit you, subject to stock.


Delivery within a 25 mile radius of Exeter
Please refer to the "Delivery and Installation" page for details of our services and any charges that may apply. Our own team of installers will carry out the delivery and installation in this area.


Delivery beyond a 25 mile radius of Exeter
If you live outside of a 25 mile radius of Exeter range, you can still purchase products from us, but our delivery charges and arrangements, extended guarantees and other services will differ. Please contact us for more information and clarification.


The following terms and conditions will also apply:
1. Any shortage or damage must be notified within 2 days of delivery.
2. Non delivery must be notified within 5 days after the expected delivery date.
3. Where you have made payment before seeing the goods you have a 7 day cooling off period, during which time you may return the goods at your cost, for a full refund. You must notify us within this period if you wish to do so. The goods must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories provided and in perfect condition; if not, we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with their condition.


Help to Operate your Equipment
As today’s electronic equipment becomes ever more complex, offering a host of features, it has become impossible to explain fully at the time of purchase, or on delivery. It is therefore important that you read carefully the instruction book supplied, paying particular attention to the installation guide in instances where we have not installed the appliance for you. This will ensure that you do not invalidate the guarantee and that you get the best from your new purchase.

If after reading the instruction book you still require help, please telephone or visit the shop where you made your purchase where our trained staff will do their best to guide you through operating your equipment. Further help, where you live within a 25 mile radius of Exeter, can be arranged in your home, but may incur a small charge.


Payment
You may purchase goods from this site using a Credit or Debit card. We will take the details when we telephone you to arrange delivery.

All prices quoted are in £ sterling and include VAT @ 17.5%.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

All goods will remain the property of Havills until paid for in full.


Guarantees
All products are supplied with a minimum one years manufacturers guarantee. Where goods are purchased outside of our 25 mile serviceable area some extended guarantees may not apply. This will be clarified at the point of sale.

All manufacturers’ guarantees exclude faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In addition, routine maintenance, consumables and tuning is not covered.

If you believe that you have a faulty item please contact one of our shops where we will help to confirm a fault exists and advise you of the correct course of action. If an item is returned and found not to have a fault a charge will usually be levied by the service agent for the labour involved. This charge will be passed on to the customer before the item is returned.

However once a fault is proved, any costs incurred by the customer to return the goods, will be reimbursed on receipt of invoices.

The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
